Hi there! I am Sabaenah Salim, a sustainable jewelry enthusiast and owner of Silhouette. 

Let’s be honest — most of us have fallen for a shiny little liar.

You know the one: it looked cute online, felt like “you” in the moment… and then turned your neck green, gave you a rash, and ghosted after a week. Tragic.

Hi, I’m the girl who never stopped loving jewelry, even when it didn’t love me back. As a kid, I’d stack rings like they were friendship bracelets and sneak necklaces into my school uniform like a rebel. But if it wasn’t gold, it was doomed — rust, rashes, or some kind of chemical breakup. And yet, I still kept it all. Because how do you throw away a piece of your story?

Fast forward to 2022: I’m wandering through the winding streets of Antalya, Turkiye (very romantic, I know), when I met my first true loyal piece of jewelry, made in "wait-for-it" — stainless steel. Tarnish-free. Allergy-proof. Chic. Cheap. Committed.

No drama. No betrayal. Just… beauty.

That spark turned into Silhouette Dainty Jewelry — my love letter to all of us who’ve been wronged by fast fashion. Every piece is made from stainless steel or sterling silver, so it won’t turn weird colors, make you itch, or demand your life savings. Expect minimalist staples, funky statements, and everyday treasures that actually survive the day.
